This home in rural Edgerton received a total exterior makeover at the hands of my crew! We started with replacing the old, brittle white vinyl siding with a premium color Harbor Ridge (Cherry – with a realistic wood-grain feature!). Old drafty single-pane windows were replaced with premium Crestline 300 series (vinyl, double hung, double pane, argon, Zo-E Shield energy efficient glass). Goodbye, nasty winter draft! We also replaced all aluminum soffit & fascia – the new crisp white trim really brightens the features of this house! In addition, we replaced two entry doors – the front door is a new Mastercraft double sidelight w. maintenance-free composite trim, and the back patio door features white grids. We aluminum wrapped the wood trim on this door to create a great white look while making it maintenance-free. Finally, we converted the garage into a liveable space by removing the overhead door and small entry door, and then framing in a new patio door in its place (it is ONE – SWEET – DOOR!). We ran a couple new light fixtures on either side of the door to brighten the entry, and finished off with a new glueless vinyl floor and baseboard trim.
