This nice 1930s home in Bryan, Ohio, was badly in need of a windows upgrade. The sixty-plus year Anderson casements had seen better days, plus the homeowner was tired of painting them every few years. We installed Crestline 300 series windows (double hung, double pane, argon insulated, low-e, grids), which dramatically add to the curb appeal of this fine house. In the process, we also replaced the exterior trim with maintenance-free PVC trim boards, and installed new pine casing on the inside. Out of eleven total windows, two were small picture windows, two were large triple welded windows, and one was a massive 115″ wide bay window. Since the bay window was installed on a gable end where there was no overhang, we constructed a nice roof that conformed to the shape of the window. In addition to all this, we also installed a new 32″ entry door to the garage, complete with solid composite jam that will NEVER need painting!
