The roof on this small bathroom addition was not built with a proper pitch to allow water run-off, thus leaking had occurred for many years. Our task was to prevent the leaking by building a properly pitched roof on top of the existing roof, creating a valley to allow water to run off and into the gutter. In addition, we installed an ice guard barrier over the entire area, as well as aluminum flashing in the valley for extra protection. We reused the siding that we removed on the face of the new roof. Looks like it has always been there, and the best part is that this homeowner won’t have that pesky leak to deal with!
