These are replacement windows by JeldWen (seven total). They are white vinyl, double-hung, double pane, with half screen. Quite nice when you consider the old wood-sash windows were probably over 50 years old. Replacement windows are nice because they require no major framing work to install. Just remove the old sashes along with a couple pieces of trim, install the replacements, insulate, caulk, and replace the trim.
