For a nominal fee, I will inspect your roof for leaks and patch the problem area(s).  This particular roof was leaking in somewhat of a valley.  A steep upper roof meets up with a lower-pitched roof below.  It was flashed and originally caulked with roof tar.  Over time, the tar had dried and cracked, which allowed water to slip below the flashing during a driving rain.  A tube of roof tar and an hour’s time fixed the problem.

Be aware that you must keep valleys on your roof free of debris (leaves, branches, seeds, etc.).  They will gather, retain moisture, and increase the decaying process of your shingles.

Call me for a roof patch!  Usually $25 plus cost of a tube of tar will fix the problem!  419-212-3200
