This old building received new steel siding, roofing, and overhang trim.  We removed three layers of old, decrepit asphalt shingles, only to discover that much of the sheeting was soft and rotten.  As a result, we installed new 7/16″ sheeting over the entire roof to solidify and create a uniform sub-surface for steel.  No moisture barrier was applied due to the fact that this building will never be heated.  All overhang trim was covered in steel soffit and fascia.  Two old windows were covered up for security and weather-proofing reasons, and steel siding was installed right over top.  Finally, the door jam was straightened up a bit and a new sliding door track system was installed.  The building looks like new!  I love to rehab older structures – call me for a free estimate!  419-212-3200
