A NEW LOOK, AT A FRACTION OF THE COST! The homeowner had initially aspired to have a total kitchen remodel, including removing existing tile and installing all new vinyl plank flooring, appliances, cabinets, counter tops, mosaic tile backsplash, and a soffit box removal.  This total remodel would have cost close to $30,000.  After a few revisions, we were able to reduce that initial estimate amount by 75%.  It was settled upon to focus on just replacing the counter tops/sink/faucet, installing new closet doors/trim, adding some extra lighting/receptacles, removing the old laminate backsplash, and repairing the drywall.  The final look is sharp, bright, and updated, while still saving the homeowner a significant expense.  Extra lighting is a 6″ LED disc light in all four corners, which really shows off the depth and texture of the high resolution counter tops (Granito Amarello).  Homeowner plans on having the existing Grabill cabinets painted, along with changing out the hardware.  We went from old louvered bifold closet doors to budget-friendly raised panel doors, complete with new solid pine casing trim.  Sink is a heavy gauge, extra deep stainless by #Franke, along with a new lifetime #Moen faucet.  After re-installing the existing garbage disposal, this job was complete in one week.  Hit me up for details on your kitchen remodel – I am always happy to work with a budget!  419-212-3200
