NEW LOOK & MAINTENANCE-FREE: All exposed wood fascia boards and soffit were covered in commercial grade aluminum fascia and solid grooved aluminum soffit (lifetime warranty). The frieze board was built out 3/4″ and custom formed aluminum coil stock applied – this creates a sharp breaking point between the regular siding below and the new accent siding above. Existing accent siding was covered over with housewrap and new Novik vinyl half-round accent siding installed (color is khaki). This siding from Novik® is resistant to warping, expansion, contraction, and cracking. It’s also moisture and rot resistant, making it perfect for any exterior application. The old wood decorative brackets were replaced with an exterior grade architectural PVC bracket by Ekena Millwork (lifetime warranty). They really complete the look! This homeowner can now throw away the paint brushes and ladders! Estimates for this type of work are free – all you have to do is reach out: 419-212-3200.
