TO EACH, HER OWN!  We removed some perfectly good bathroom features for this remodel, which is absolutely what the homeowner wished.  The large bathroom originally had a nice 36″ stand-up shower along with a huge 60″ corner soaking tub.  She wanted the tub replaced with a 60″ stand-up shower with seat, and the 36″ shower replaced with spacious closet space.  In the process, we upgraded her toilet to a nice raised-height Mansfield Summit, and we increased the vanity from a 36″ to a 48″.  Finally, we installed high-quality vinyl flooring by Tarkett to give a fresh tile look without the exorbitant cost.  This homeowner was very pleased with the results!
