Basement Remodel/Finishing - Solid Pine Raised Panel Doors - Edgerton, Ohio

MORE USABLE SPACE – This house was built with the intention of eventually finishing the basement.  All exterior walls were already framed and insulated, and the space was ready to upgrade.  For my part, two new walls were framed up to create two separate rooms – one for storage, and the other a bedroom.  New walls were insulated as a sound barrier, and then 3/8″ beadboard paneling applied to finish the space.  Likewise, a 24″ x 60″ closet was framed up for storage in the bedroom.  Several new electrical outlets were added in convenient locations and a new ceiling fan box was added for an eventual upgrade.  The two new doorways were closed off with solid pine raise panel interior doors (36″ for ease of passage), and a nice set of matching bifold closet doors were installed in the bedroom.  Finally, all areas were trimmed out with solid pine boards to complete the look.  Are you finally ready to get some use out of your basement?  Call for your FREE ESTIMATE – 419-212-3200.
