Homeowner wanted a portion of his basement sectioned off and finished for a multi-use room. We squared off a 13×11 area and framed up a wall. In addition, we acquired power from an unused outlet to create a new circuit for a few outlets and an independently-run light switch. Wall and ceiling were insulated, mainly for sound since the basement is air conditioned and heated.
