We framed up this 24′ x 32′ two-car detached garage in rural Ney in just NINE DAYS. It has six Crestline windows, two 36″ service doors, two 7′x8′ overhead doors, and a massive 10′x32′ attic room (nice!). We manhandled the trusses into place (with the help of some of the homeowner’s family) and saved him $700 (high-lift rental and delivery)! Shingles are Duration by Owens Corning (lifetime warranty & 130 MPH wind rating) – the color is Teak. Now, the customer will be finishing the vinyl siding. I LOVE THIS STUFF!
