24′ x 30′ Pole Barn Garage – Hicksville, Ohio

by jeremy on June 21, 2011

Pictured is a pole barn garage w. vinyl siding & asphalt roof.  Topsoil was removed to level the site and make way for about 4-6″ of fill (no, that’s NOT me in the dozer, unfortunately).  Holes have been dug, posts (4×6) are being placed on footer pads, and a concrete floor will follow.  Walls have been framed and trusses are up.  I’ve installed truss brackets (below) for an additional hold on the roof during high wind situations.  After some bracing and construction of rake overhangs, we have installed 1/2″ OSB sheeting on most of the roof.  Sidewall sheeting is done, and vinyl siding is installed.  This kit included two steel insulated overhead doors, one 36″ walk-in door, and two 22″x33″ windows.   The shingles were upgraded to a 30 year laminate (Oakridge by Owens Corning).  This is a great garage for the price!

Thanks to SAVAGE EXCAVATING of Hicksville for prepping the site.  Mark is a great guy with competitive rates, and he comes highly recommended!  Give him a call:  419-487-1997

Many thanks to Jeremy Krill and his team of hard workers on a job well done. The job was completed in the time promised and within budget.

Jeremy spent many extra hours taking the time to discuss with me ways to save money and keeping me in the loop during the entire project. On top of everything I got a great looking building at the end of it all.

I have no problems reccomending Jeremy Krill for your construction project.

Again, a big thanks to Jeremy.
