I wanted a full bathroom added in an upstairs bedroom. Jeremy and Ralph did a super job. The bathroom turned out better than I could have expected. Jeremy was very good at explaining every step along the way. They showed up promptly everyday like they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. Jeremy and Ralph, of Jeremy Krill Construction, are very excellent contractors.  They do it all!  You don’t have to get an electrician or plumber, they do it!  And the work they do is all excellent!  Jeremy always let us know what work was going to be done next.  You always knew a few days ahead of time.  If he needed a day or two to take care of other business, he would let you know several days ahead and also what day he would be back!  We could not be happier with the work he did for us.                                                                                                        - Phillip L. I am so excited! My project is almost to an end. The gutters are going up today. Dumpster that has been in my yard for 2 months has just left. Little finishing touches are being done before I can paint the “new” downstairs bathroom. Then new accessories and it will be perfect. I am really going to miss Jeremy and Ralph being here as a part of my day! Oh…that’s right, they will be back in just a couple weeks to give my upstairs bathroom a makeover, complete with a jacuzzi tub!!! I’m telling ya people, if you need just a little done or a lot done, Krill Construction can do it….and they love what they do!! I thank God for bringing them into my life and making our home a beautiful place for my kids to grow up in!!

Just wanted to thank you for doing my roof again. It was done to what I expected with no concerns and billed as expected.  I hire jobs usually not because I couldn’t do them but because I don’t want the stress of them after being stressed all day at work.  When the work isn’t done as expected it adds stress.

Jeremy has completed a number of very successful interior and exterior projects for me. He is the ideal contractor for one who is inexperienced in the building trades and strives to get the biggest return on the dollar.  For example, when asked for suggestions, he presents options so there is no pressure to decide one way or the other. Also, a change of mind midway through the project will not void his quote. He gave me the written financial impact on my original quotes prior to initiating the changes and actually did some minor unanticipated work done… at no charge!  His work is top notch, as are his workers and subcontractors. He stands behind his work, meets or beats his quotes, and will not take advantage of situations or people. I will be using his services again and suggest you do also.

We love the [soffit & fascia trim] work that Jeremy did! It gives our house a whole new look and really gives us nice curb appeal. Jeremy completed this fencing project for me in less than two days. We had enlarged our property and needed it fenced. He moved the old chain link from the back lot line to the side. He installed new split rail fencing across the back property line giving the yard a very attractive look.This is the second project Jeremy has completed for me and I can’t say enough about how pleasant he is to work with as well as his integrity. Would recommend him to anyone and will certainly be using his skills again soon.
